A few years ago I started to change what foods I put into my body. You know that saying, "you are what you eat"? I actually believed that, but when I didn't turn into a donut I knew they were lying! Although I was relieved, I came to the conclusion that there is some truth to the statement. You don't look like the foods you eat, but they do affect the inside and outside of your body. For example, on the outside you may notice acne or you may experience gas inside your body. So we all can start a healthy eating habit, I'm going to share with you some healthy substitutes.
