Grammy Awards 2013: My favorite outfits

Katy Perry wore a green tight fitting gown created by Gucci. Katy Perry doesn't usually wear these kinds of elegant dresses. She more of a trend setter and very coloful! So it was nice to see her in this dress, she looked really pretty. I liked how her dress wasn't too much and she a design around the neckline of her dress.

Taylor Swift wore designer Grecian J. Mendel's gown. This dress is a white gown, with silver straps and chiffon drapes. I usually do not like her outfits, but this dress was gorgeous. I love chiffon dresses, so I liked how she had the drapes made of chiffon.

I posted this picture just because Faith Hill and Tim McGraw are my favorite country music couple. But I'll talk about her outfit anyway. She wore a black J. Mendel dress. Accessorizing her dress, she added  Lorraine Schwartz jewels, and she wore shoes by Tom Ford, and carried a Bottega Veneta clutch.

I am not a fan of cut-out dresses, but I thought Kelly Osbourne and Karlie Koss looked gorgeous. Kelly on the left side wore a cut-out black gown by Paule Ka. On the top right side Karlie Koss wore a sky blue frock by Michael Kors.

  2. I liked Karlie Koss' dress a lot. She carried it off beautifully. I thought Katy's dress made her look a bit plump :/ loved the colour on her though :) My fave from this lot would have to be Taylor Swift, however. Her fashion sense has evolved so much!

Helpful Posts/Sites For Bloggers

Being a blogger is not easy at all, whether it's a hobby or a job. Every blogger works so hard to put out quality work. But sometimes it can be a struggle. While in a blogging rut I came across a lot of posts that have helped me gain confidence. These posts also helped me realize my creativity; all I needed to do was use my noggin! But before you click on the links below, I'm going to explain what these links mean to me. I don't want to bore you but I'm hoping these will help you too.   Everytime I get into a blogging rut I always look at my blog design. Thinking that the design I have is always the problem, I go and I spend money to change it. In reality the major problem was myself. Now don't get me wrong, designs I've had were beautiful it just wasn't for me. During my long "break" or breakdown I did a lot of searching. I'm pretty sure you all heard of Etsy, am I right? This is where I found two shops that have helped me tremendous...

Finding My Passion For Blogging Again

At some point in time, when your heart isn’t into something you should take a break. Blogging is great and I couldn’t see myself without it. However sometimes it can get overwhelming and that’s what happened to me this year. For about eight months I have not blogged and I thought I was a bad person for that. I have realized that it was best to take the long break. In doing so, I have found so many things I love to talk about. I was holding myself back because I put a label on myself, wanting to be known as a beauty blogger. Sure I attached the lifestyle part, but honestly I don’t really know what that means.  During this year I had time to reflect on where I wanted my blog to go and whether I even wanted to write anymore. Honestly the motivation to blog was not there at all and at that time, I really didn’t care if I continued. I did not want to look at my blog or deal with it. For me I was tired of putting in the work and not getting anything in return. Meaning no ...
