BH Cosmetics Neutral Palette!

Online shopping is not something I do often, but when I do it's a big deal for me. For months I've been eyeing the BH Cosmetics 88 color palette neutral eyeshadow. Why didn't I buy it then? The reason I did not is because I wanted to be sure it's what I truly wanted.

When shopping I don't buy something just for the sake of. So after months of staring at this palette on the computer I decided to finally get it. I purchased this online Sunday morning October 5 and I received it Wednesday afternoon October 8. I was so anxious it wasn't going to come early, so when I went to check the mail I was so excited to see it. By my reaction you would have thought it was Christmas! Before I continue, I will like to say that I brought this for an amazing deal. This palette is on sale for $11.95, the regular price is $24.95. The sale is still going on, but not just for this palette so go and check it out. Here's the link to the website: http://www.bhcosmetics.com/.  If you want to go straight to the eye shadows, here's the link for that: http://www.bhcosmetics.com/eyes.

As I mentioned before, this palette is a neutral color palette and it consists of 88 eye shadows. I think this is so awesome because, this palette consists of so many colors that can create so many looks and combinations. When people think of neutral, they imagine boring. These colors are far from
boring. There's a range of colors like: beige(tan), yellow, orange, green, and a reddish purple color. This also includes the basics like white, black, brown, and more. I chose this specific palette because I like more simple colors that still adds pop of colors into the mix. This palette also goes great with the Fall season.

I did a mini swatch just to see how these colors look, and they look so pretty! I cannot wait to try them in makeup looks. I am so excited to have this palette and I really love all of the colors. If you want to read another post about their makeup that I blogged about awhile ago, here's the link: BH Cosmetics Haul.

Well I hope you enjoyed reading this post! What are your favorite products from bh cosmetics or any other brand?

Helpful Posts/Sites For Bloggers

Being a blogger is not easy at all, whether it's a hobby or a job. Every blogger works so hard to put out quality work. But sometimes it can be a struggle. While in a blogging rut I came across a lot of posts that have helped me gain confidence. These posts also helped me realize my creativity; all I needed to do was use my noggin! But before you click on the links below, I'm going to explain what these links mean to me. I don't want to bore you but I'm hoping these will help you too.   Everytime I get into a blogging rut I always look at my blog design. Thinking that the design I have is always the problem, I go and I spend money to change it. In reality the major problem was myself. Now don't get me wrong, designs I've had were beautiful it just wasn't for me. During my long "break" or breakdown I did a lot of searching. I'm pretty sure you all heard of Etsy, am I right? This is where I found two shops that have helped me tremendous...

Finding My Passion For Blogging Again

At some point in time, when your heart isn’t into something you should take a break. Blogging is great and I couldn’t see myself without it. However sometimes it can get overwhelming and that’s what happened to me this year. For about eight months I have not blogged and I thought I was a bad person for that. I have realized that it was best to take the long break. In doing so, I have found so many things I love to talk about. I was holding myself back because I put a label on myself, wanting to be known as a beauty blogger. Sure I attached the lifestyle part, but honestly I don’t really know what that means.  During this year I had time to reflect on where I wanted my blog to go and whether I even wanted to write anymore. Honestly the motivation to blog was not there at all and at that time, I really didn’t care if I continued. I did not want to look at my blog or deal with it. For me I was tired of putting in the work and not getting anything in return. Meaning no ...
