This Time Next Year Tag!

I love when bloggers share interesting facts about themselves. It feels like you're getting to know them "in person". One way of getting to know about your favorite bloggers are participating in tags. I have not participated in one for some time, so I'm really excited about this one. I would like to thank the lovely Alexandra from Alexandra Quinlann for tagging me in the "This Time Next Year Tag"! She's an awesome blogger, so be sure to check her blog out! This tag came at the right time for me, because I've recently been thinking about the long term goals I want to set for myself

Here are the rule for this tag:

1. Thank the person who tagged you
2. Set yourself goals for the next year
3. Write about how you'll achieve these goals
4. Tag at least 5 of your blogger friends to do this post
5. In 365 days, write a post reflecting on your goals & what you achieved

My Goals:

Follow a healthy lifestyle.
I believe it's good to indulge in the not so healthy things sometimes, but it's more important to know everything that goes into your body. Changing the way you eat will change how you feel and will help you become more cautious of what you eat. So I am going to add more fruits and vegetables to my lifestyle. More importantly I am going to drink more water. Water is great for healthy hair and skin.

Expand my blog.
I love blogging and I want my blog to grow. I want to connect with more readers and I want to expand the content I talk about. I want to start blogging consistently and I want to blog daily. Well at least five times a week. I'm passionate about this and I've learned so much.

Writing a book.
Through blogging I have realized that I enjoy writing and I have grown from it while blogging. I am not sure where to start, but I guess I should start off small and write an eBook. Mainly about my experiences with blogging and how it's important to be yourself and stay true to what you want and don't want to write on your blog.

Donate to more charities.
I have donated to a few charities and I felt good afterwards. Not for show, but because I am helping people in need. It doesn't matter whether you don't have enough every donation matters. So I have found some more charities I want to donate to. So this is an important goal for me.

Grow my main twitter and my 2nd Twitter page "No Girl Is Perfect".
Numbers are not everything but I would like to connect to more people on twitter. Especially since I started my second page. So it's important for me to be consistent with promoting my blog and just interacting more with everyone. So I am going to schedule my tweets, because a lot of people I talk do this all the time. I'm sure it's also very helpful to stay organized as well.

So here are the lovely bloggers I'm tagging for this post. This is optional no worries! If you don't do this, feel free to comment your goals instead!

Helpful Posts/Sites For Bloggers

Being a blogger is not easy at all, whether it's a hobby or a job. Every blogger works so hard to put out quality work. But sometimes it can be a struggle. While in a blogging rut I came across a lot of posts that have helped me gain confidence. These posts also helped me realize my creativity; all I needed to do was use my noggin! But before you click on the links below, I'm going to explain what these links mean to me. I don't want to bore you but I'm hoping these will help you too.   Everytime I get into a blogging rut I always look at my blog design. Thinking that the design I have is always the problem, I go and I spend money to change it. In reality the major problem was myself. Now don't get me wrong, designs I've had were beautiful it just wasn't for me. During my long "break" or breakdown I did a lot of searching. I'm pretty sure you all heard of Etsy, am I right? This is where I found two shops that have helped me tremendous...

Is there a guide to blogging?

It's been 3 months since I started blogging and I already have 57 followers and I am so grateful and thankful. In a million years I would have never imagined being a blogger. But sometimes I do not feel like one. I mean I know being a successful and known blogger doesn't happen overnight, but sometimes I get discouraged. I have always been someone who is cautious and worries about what people think, so sometimes I feel no one will like what I post. I also feel like, because I am not a well known blogger no one will take the time and give me a chance. I am just being myself, is there something wrong with that? So I started feeling lost and I didn't know what to do; then I thought "Is there a guide to blogging?". Not only did I have these thoughts, but I was also thinking that there are so many wonderful bloggers (beauty, fashion, and lifestyle), so who would even notice my blog. So is there a book to teach people how to blog or am I just overreacting? Sometim...

Color Theory:8 Piece Ultimate Eyeliner Set

I love Eyeliner; eyeliner is my go to look. Anytime I had eyeliner my eyes would look like their dressed up! The only eyeliner I have ever wore up until this point was black; because that was the only color I thought was out (crazy of me right?!) Anyway lately I've seen many girls wear different color eyeliner, mainly on YouTube; so I knew immediately I would have to try it. After a while I forgot all about them, until Christmas of 2012 when I received them. I was so excited because my Mom didn't even know I wanted them; now that I am thinking I didn't even ask!  Now I can match up the colors with eyeshadow. Enough of that here's the box they came in and I have the colors listed below. On the back it just talks about the different styles you can do with the eyeliners. For example: The famous winged look (instructions for it are on the back).                                ...
