Believe in Yourself

I love motivating others and encouraging people. I believe everyone deserves happiness in life. There are times when I have my downs, but as of today "I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel"! There have been times where I've given up, but then I think about the people that are going through tough times. If they are not giving up, I shouldn't give up either. If you believe in yourself, you are capable of making your dreams come true. Nothing happens overnight, trust me I learned that the hard way. But if you're dedicated and passionate about something go for it.

As I always say, I'm still a work in progress but I now know what it means to be truly passionate about something. Whether it may be a cause, a dream, a goal; no matter how big or small. I was never a negative person. Don't get me wrong, my self-esteem isn't the best but I've tried seeing things in a positive light. I want you to know that it's ok to fall down, but don't let that defeat you. Get back up and try again. Everyday is a learning lesson for us. If we fail one day, remember we have so many more to succeed. It all starts with believing in yourself and your ability to be awesome. If you feel like you're alone, talk to someone about it. I know it may seem easier said then done, but I'm serious. There is someone out there that knows what you're going through.
We all face obstacles and struggles, but if we stay positive and surround ourselves with positive people imagine the happy feeling we'll have! John Cena is a WWE superstar and his famous line is "Never Give Up". I understand what he meant, but didn't really think about it until now. He never gave up and now look at where he's at. If I continue to have that same passion and work hard for my dreams, I will get there too. If you believe in yourself, you will get there as well. Believe you can be the best and others will too!

I hope you have reading! I also hope that this post encourages you to believe in yourself!

Helpful Posts/Sites For Bloggers

Being a blogger is not easy at all, whether it's a hobby or a job. Every blogger works so hard to put out quality work. But sometimes it can be a struggle. While in a blogging rut I came across a lot of posts that have helped me gain confidence. These posts also helped me realize my creativity; all I needed to do was use my noggin! But before you click on the links below, I'm going to explain what these links mean to me. I don't want to bore you but I'm hoping these will help you too.   Everytime I get into a blogging rut I always look at my blog design. Thinking that the design I have is always the problem, I go and I spend money to change it. In reality the major problem was myself. Now don't get me wrong, designs I've had were beautiful it just wasn't for me. During my long "break" or breakdown I did a lot of searching. I'm pretty sure you all heard of Etsy, am I right? This is where I found two shops that have helped me tremendous...

Color Theory:8 Piece Ultimate Eyeliner Set

I love Eyeliner; eyeliner is my go to look. Anytime I had eyeliner my eyes would look like their dressed up! The only eyeliner I have ever wore up until this point was black; because that was the only color I thought was out (crazy of me right?!) Anyway lately I've seen many girls wear different color eyeliner, mainly on YouTube; so I knew immediately I would have to try it. After a while I forgot all about them, until Christmas of 2012 when I received them. I was so excited because my Mom didn't even know I wanted them; now that I am thinking I didn't even ask!  Now I can match up the colors with eyeshadow. Enough of that here's the box they came in and I have the colors listed below. On the back it just talks about the different styles you can do with the eyeliners. For example: The famous winged look (instructions for it are on the back).                                ...

Finding My Passion For Blogging Again

At some point in time, when your heart isn’t into something you should take a break. Blogging is great and I couldn’t see myself without it. However sometimes it can get overwhelming and that’s what happened to me this year. For about eight months I have not blogged and I thought I was a bad person for that. I have realized that it was best to take the long break. In doing so, I have found so many things I love to talk about. I was holding myself back because I put a label on myself, wanting to be known as a beauty blogger. Sure I attached the lifestyle part, but honestly I don’t really know what that means.  During this year I had time to reflect on where I wanted my blog to go and whether I even wanted to write anymore. Honestly the motivation to blog was not there at all and at that time, I really didn’t care if I continued. I did not want to look at my blog or deal with it. For me I was tired of putting in the work and not getting anything in return. Meaning no ...
