Whether you're stressing out or feeling down, it's important to stay positive throughout the year. I know when I'm stress, I get really anxious. Then my whole mood gets ruined and I get upset. But whether you have anxiety or not stress happens to everyone. At least that's what I thought. So I decided to share some ways to help stay positive and experience less stress for the year.
