Twitter Chat

A couple of months ago, for one of my monthly goals I wanted to create a twitter chat. Twitter chats are fun and you get to talk to new people all the time. But to me I have not seen any chats dealing with everyday life topics, like: relationships, married life, single life, girl/women problems, and etc. I decided to ask a couple ladies @TheMakeupCutie and @MissSophiaBlog on twitter that I talk to, if they would be interested in creating the chat with me and I am so excited that they both said yes. I feel like we are different women, different ages, and we have probably dealt with the same issues as well as different issues. We thought this would be a fun way to get to know other people and talk about things we like to do and things that bother us.

This Chat will be a Positive friendly environment! Bashing anyone for their issues, problems, likes, and dislikes will not be tolerated. We want people to feel comfortable during this chat. We want people to have fun and we also want them to enjoy this chat.

Our first chat starts this Friday at 3pm for an hour. Actually this chat will be every Friday at this time. Our twitter chat is #gabbinggals. You can use this hashtag to talk about our chat, and if you want you can also leave a comment using the hashtag about a topic you will like to talk about! This is like a twitter slumber party. This will be so much fun!

Finding My Passion For Blogging Again

  At some point in time, when your heart isn’t into something you should take a break. Blogging is great and I couldn’t see myself without it. However sometimes it can get overwhelming and that’s what happened to me this year. For about eight months I have not blogged and I thought I was a bad person for that. I have realized that it was best to take the long break. In doing so, I have found so many things I love to talk about. I was holding myself back because I put a label on myself, wanting to be known as a beauty blogger. Sure I attached the lifestyle part, but honestly I don’t really know what that means.  During this year I had time to reflect on where I wanted my blog to go and whether I even wanted to write anymore. E.l.f. Eye Brushes

Although this haul is very small, I just wanted to share with you what I brought. I decided to buy brushes, because I needed them more! The first brushes I were eco-friendly and were really good, but their were more face brushes, then eye brushes. So that wasn't really helpful to me. It was only one eye shadow brush. I rarely shop online, I always go to the store. But I was bored one day and I guess this is what happened! I am really excited to try these brushes! I also brought some things from BH cosmetics, but that's for another post! Eye Shadow Brush The eye shadow brush is supposed to help apply the eye shadow evenly and make it easier.
