Things You Can Do To Relax

Life can be stressful at times and it may seem as if you can never catch a break. Whether you're working, going to school, taking care of kids, making sure everything is in one piece at home or whatever the case may be you need some time to relax. Honestly even if it's just 15 minutes, that small amount of time  really does help. So I decided to share with you the things you can do to relax.

Indulge In Something You Don't Usually Have Or Do.
Sometimes it's ok to indulge, besides you deserve it. It can be going shopping or having your favorite snack. It can be as simple as catching up on your favorite YouTube channel!

Take A Nice Hot Bubble Bath.
I'm sure this one is everyone's favorite thing to do. Not only is taking a hot bath relaxing but adding in your favorite bubbles or bath bombs, definitely puts the cherry on top of the cake. This can really clear your mind and get you back focused and motivated.

Read Your Favorite Magazine.
I'm guilty of reading the latest gossip, but this really relaxing. Seeing what's going on with your favorite celebrity and checking out new beauty trends. A few of my favorite magazines to read are: People, US Magazine, and Cosmopolitan!

Binge Watch A Series On Netflix.
If you're one who's into the Whole "Netflix and Chill" thing that's fine, but for me it's more like Netflix and stuff my face with pizza and ice cream!

Take A Nice Long Walk.
Walking definitely helps you to relax. It's very calming and if you're anything like me your mind wonders off, into another world. Taking walks also help clear your mind. For me I get inspiration from this and I start to plan all of the things I want to accomplish. Plus any form of exercise is a great stress reliever!

I hope you enjoyed reading this! Let me know if you have other ideas on the things you can do to relax.

Finding My Passion For Blogging Again

At some point in time, when your heart isn’t into something you should take a break. Blogging is great and I couldn’t see myself without it. However sometimes it can get overwhelming and that’s what happened to me this year. For about eight months I have not blogged and I thought I was a bad person for that. I have realized that it was best to take the long break. In doing so, I have found so many things I love to talk about. I was holding myself back because I put a label on myself, wanting to be known as a beauty blogger. Sure I attached the lifestyle part, but honestly I don’t really know what that means.  During this year I had time to reflect on where I wanted my blog to go and whether I even wanted to write anymore. Honestly the motivation to blog was not there at all and at that time, I really didn’t care if I continued. I did not want to look at my blog or deal with it. For me I was tired of putting in the work and not getting anything in return. Meaning no one was r

E.l.f. Eye Brushes

Although this haul is very small, I just wanted to share with you what I brought. I decided to buy brushes, because I needed them more! The first brushes I were eco-friendly and were really good, but their were more face brushes, then eye brushes. So that wasn't really helpful to me. It was only one eye shadow brush. I rarely shop online, I always go to the store. But I was bored one day and I guess this is what happened! I am really excited to try these brushes! I also brought some things from BH cosmetics, but that's for another post! Eye Shadow Brush The eye shadow brush is supposed to help apply the eye shadow evenly and make it easier. This sounds good, because the brushes I used in the past were tough and hard. It seemed like I had to put a lot of eye shadow on, before it actually showed up on my eyes. Blending Eye Brush This brush is supposed to blend the eye shadows, while softening dramatic edges and lines. This is really good, because before I ha
