Valentia Pure Glow Brightening Moisturizer

Lately I've been doing a lot of research on natural products and the benefits they on our bodies. I have experienced what it's like to use products with harsh chemicals. Our bodies natural oils, whether it's our skin or hair become damaged over time. Valentia is one brand that does not harm the skin. The Valentia Brightening Moisturizer is a lightweight fast absorbing cream that illuminates the skin, while providing all day hydration. It Lightens dark spots while evening your skin tone. Not only that, but it restores radiance in your skin and diminishes fine lines. This paraben free and it's great to use for all skin types.

I really like Valentia products; as I have mentioned before their products/ ingredients are natural. Another great thing about them is the fact that their ingredients are listed on the product and the meaning of the ingredients as well.
Botantanical Hyaluronic Acid:
This is a plant based substance that penetrates deep into the skin, to secure moisture, help skin skin elasticity, and plump the skin within.
Kojic Acid:
Known for its skin lightening properties, this antioxidant helps to naturally control melanin production and prevent dark spots.
Ginseng:
A symbol of long-life, strength, and wisdom, Ginseng boosts skin firming collagen, fights wrinkles, and gives the skin a brighter and more energized look.
Safflower Oil:
Rich in linoleic acid, an essential fatty acid that helps to repair the skin's natural moisture barrier, providing superior protection.
Shea Butter:
This wonder nut contains a myriad of regenerative vitamins and essential fatty acids, providing a welcome dose of moisture, hydrating and nourishing the skin.

The Pure Glow Brightening Moisture is so far a top favorite of my mine. Unlike most products, this one does not dry out my skin. My face looks moisturized and hydrated; more importantly it feels soft and really smooth. On some parts of my face I have an uneven tone. I have not been using this for long time, but so far my skin is starting to even out. The consistency is not heavy and it absorbs in my skin, without leaving a greasy feeling. This moisturizer has a texture similar to lotion. If you're like me anything with a strong scent turns you off. With this product there is barely a scent which is pretty great. Overall this product is great and so it has helped my face. To use this product, it can be applied in the morning and at night. This is the final step after you have cleansed, toned, and applied a serum; it can also be used under makeup. I do not really use makeup like foundation, primers, bronzers, and etc... so I would just leave my face as is after the moisturizer.

Finding My Passion For Blogging Again

At some point in time, when your heart isn’t into something you should take a break. Blogging is great and I couldn’t see myself without it. However sometimes it can get overwhelming and that’s what happened to me this year. For about eight months I have not blogged and I thought I was a bad person for that. I have realized that it was best to take the long break. In doing so, I have found so many things I love to talk about. I was holding myself back because I put a label on myself, wanting to be known as a beauty blogger. Sure I attached the lifestyle part, but honestly I don’t really know what that means.  During this year I had time to reflect on where I wanted my blog to go and whether I even wanted to write anymore. Honestly the motivation to blog was not there at all and at that time, I really didn’t care if I continued. I did not want to look at my blog or deal with it. For me I was tired of putting in the work and not getting anything in return. Meaning no ...

E.l.f. Eye Brushes

Although this haul is very small, I just wanted to share with you what I brought. I decided to buy brushes, because I needed them more! The first brushes I were eco-friendly and were really good, but their were more face brushes, then eye brushes. So that wasn't really helpful to me. It was only one eye shadow brush. I rarely shop online, I always go to the store. But I was bored one day and I guess this is what happened! I am really excited to try these brushes! I also brought some things from BH cosmetics, but that's for another post! Eye Shadow Brush The eye shadow brush is supposed to help apply the eye shadow evenly and make it easier. This sounds good, because the brushes I used in the past were tough and hard. It seemed like I had to put a lot of eye shadow on, before it actually showed up on my eyes. Blending Eye Brush This brush is supposed to blend the eye shadows, while softening dramatic edges and lines. This is really good, because before I h...
