Lately I have been motivated to challenge myself and what better way to challenge myself with fitness. Everyone is getting ready for summer, so am I but I want these results to last when summer is over. So I go on Pinterest almost everyday and I saw this 30 day squat challenge. Luckily this challenge has rest days, because I would probably go insane!
So starting May 1 I will start this challenge. I know May has 31 days, but that's ok I will just have another rest day. As I am writing this post I feel like I should do a challenge every month and make it a get fit series: 30 day challenge. For the first few months all of my challenges will be inspired/related to Pinterest!
If you want to do this challenge too, just let me know and we can start together! If you see this post after tomorrow and you want to try it, you can still start it. It doesn't matter when. I am doing this on May 1, because it's a new month and a fresh start!
