My Thoughts While Watching Makeup Tutorials!

I love watching makeup tutorials so much that, three hours have literally passed. I remember watching my first ever makeup tutorial. It was from Dulce Candy and I was thinking wow if only I was that talented. The title of her video is called "Makeup For Beginners"! Now lets be honest I am not a makeup artist nor do I have the talented of creating nice makeup looks. I don't even where makeup except the basics. So I decided to share with you the things I think about, while watching YouTube videos and looking at makeup pictures. You will probably be surprised and hopefully you'll have a little laugh. If not then I really made a fool out of myself with this one! I actually laugh at myself for this, which means I'm probably weird now! Anyway, here's my thoughts while watching makeup tutorials.

"That Highlight Though."
"Wing On Point."
"Girl you better work it, wing on fleek. Is that word still in?"
"I Wish I Could Pull That Off."
"You Must Have A Lot Of Patience."
"Wow."
"Flawless."
"I Would Be Caked up."
"That's probably why I'm not a professional, I would get sued."
"This Is the kind of baking I want to see."
"I should probably stick to eyeliner and lipgloss."
"I'm too lazy to put on false eyelashes."
"I don't even know how to put on false eyelashes."
"I guess I'll just stick to the little ones I have."
"Am I the only one clueless about makeup."
"Am I the only one who secretly acts like I know what I'm doing."
"Primer when did that come out."
"How do they put on eyeliner without crying."
"Am I the only one who makes weird faces while applying eyeliner."
"Am I the only person having problems putting on lipstick."
"I'm probably the only one who's lipstick doesn't actually go on their lips."
"Putting on lipstick is like using a coloring book, why am I difficult."
"I really need to stop putting so much eyeliner on, especially when it's hot."
"What if people found out that I don't know how to contour."
"I'm not that good with makeup terms, where's the dictionary."
"I'm a late bloomer."
"This is my 10th time watching someone do a winged eyeliner, when will I learn."
"I'm pretending that I know what to do."
"I'm just going to pause this video to see if I could recreate this look."
"Girl you are going to ruin it."
"Are you really going outside like that."
"Turn on the fan so you won't sweat the makeup off."
"I can't wait to take a picture after this."
"I really could have waited to take this picture."
"I feel like I did the blindfolded makeup challenge on myself."
"It looks like I'm doing the no mirror makeup challenge, even though I'm looking in the mirror."

I hope you enjoyed reading this and let me know the thoughts you have while watching tutorials!

Helpful Posts/Sites For Bloggers

Being a blogger is not easy at all, whether it's a hobby or a job. Every blogger works so hard to put out quality work. But sometimes it can be a struggle. While in a blogging rut I came across a lot of posts that have helped me gain confidence. These posts also helped me realize my creativity; all I needed to do was use my noggin! But before you click on the links below, I'm going to explain what these links mean to me. I don't want to bore you but I'm hoping these will help you too.   Everytime I get into a blogging rut I always look at my blog design. Thinking that the design I have is always the problem, I go and I spend money to change it. In reality the major problem was myself. Now don't get me wrong, designs I've had were beautiful it just wasn't for me. During my long "break" or breakdown I did a lot of searching. I'm pretty sure you all heard of Etsy, am I right? This is where I found two shops that have helped me tremendous...

Color Theory:8 Piece Ultimate Eyeliner Set

I love Eyeliner; eyeliner is my go to look. Anytime I had eyeliner my eyes would look like their dressed up! The only eyeliner I have ever wore up until this point was black; because that was the only color I thought was out (crazy of me right?!) Anyway lately I've seen many girls wear different color eyeliner, mainly on YouTube; so I knew immediately I would have to try it. After a while I forgot all about them, until Christmas of 2012 when I received them. I was so excited because my Mom didn't even know I wanted them; now that I am thinking I didn't even ask!  Now I can match up the colors with eyeshadow. Enough of that here's the box they came in and I have the colors listed below. On the back it just talks about the different styles you can do with the eyeliners. For example: The famous winged look (instructions for it are on the back).                                ...

Finding My Passion For Blogging Again

At some point in time, when your heart isn’t into something you should take a break. Blogging is great and I couldn’t see myself without it. However sometimes it can get overwhelming and that’s what happened to me this year. For about eight months I have not blogged and I thought I was a bad person for that. I have realized that it was best to take the long break. In doing so, I have found so many things I love to talk about. I was holding myself back because I put a label on myself, wanting to be known as a beauty blogger. Sure I attached the lifestyle part, but honestly I don’t really know what that means.  During this year I had time to reflect on where I wanted my blog to go and whether I even wanted to write anymore. Honestly the motivation to blog was not there at all and at that time, I really didn’t care if I continued. I did not want to look at my blog or deal with it. For me I was tired of putting in the work and not getting anything in return. Meaning no ...
