November Wrap Up

This month went by really fast and everything hit me all at once. I can't believe December is tomorrow already. I've learned a lot this past month and I think I've matured as a blogger. Due to the lack of motivation and inspiration, I didn't feel worthy to be a blogger. I also never posted on my blog consistently. So during the month of November I made a promise to myself, that I would blog everyday. I actually laughed at myself because I didn't think I could do it. I had self doubt, which is never good. But I'm pleased to say that I DID IT! I have blogged everyday and it felt really good.
There were times when I wanted to throw in the towel, because my computer was acting slow or I just didn't feel like it. I challenged myself to accomplish this and I thought I was setting myself up for failure. I'm glad I didn't give up and although it's nothing big to all of you, it's so important to me. I give props to the bloggers who do this because it's really hard work and dedication. I actually enjoyed this and it helped me realize my creativity!
I've neglected my blog for months, occasionally posting here and there. It took a lot of time for me to realize where I wanted my blog to go. I finally figured it out and even though there's a lot of bloggers in the blogging community, I think I found a small space for me in there somewhere! On another note my birthday is next month and I'm really excited. But I'll tell you more in tomorrow's post! I don't know how many times I'm going to say this, but I'm so glad that I'm a blogger. Not really so much because of the blogging aspect of it, but it's because of all the people I get to chat with. So yeah, that's my boring wrap up of November. But I did accomplish more than you'll ever know!
Did you have any goals you wanted to accomplish for this month?

E.l.f. Eye Brushes

Although this haul is very small, I just wanted to share with you what I brought. I decided to buy brushes, because I needed them more! The first brushes I were eco-friendly and were really good, but their were more face brushes, then eye brushes. So that wasn't really helpful to me. It was only one eye shadow brush. I rarely shop online, I always go to the store. But I was bored one day and I guess this is what happened! I am really excited to try these brushes! I also brought some things from BH cosmetics, but that's for another post! Eye Shadow Brush The eye shadow brush is supposed to help apply the eye shadow evenly and make it easier. This sounds good, because the brushes I used in the past were tough and hard. It seemed like I had to put a lot of eye shadow on, before it actually showed up on my eyes. Blending Eye Brush This brush is supposed to blend the eye shadows, while softening dramatic edges and lines. This is really good, because before I h...

BH Cosmetics Eyebrow Tweezer

Going to get your brows waxed costs money, so with that being said I rather do my own. Although I am not a professional I think I can manage. I do not wax my eyebrows. To be honest I have never waxed or tried to wax my brows. If you're like me in the department of not waxing, you find other ways to style (fix) your brows. For me I have only tried two products; one will be in this post and the other is linked here: Brow kit !     I have learned to love my brows just the way they are. But they do deserve to pampered at the same time. If I have a few eyebrow hairs that do not belong, I want something quick and easy to fix this. That is why I have my bh cosmetics eyebrow tweezer. I have written a few posts on bh cosmetics products, but I am not affiliated with them in any way. I just simply love their products because its still high quality products, but at a cheaper price. This is great because not everyone wants to spend a lot or are maybe on a bu...

Is there a guide to blogging?

It's been 3 months since I started blogging and I already have 57 followers and I am so grateful and thankful. In a million years I would have never imagined being a blogger. But sometimes I do not feel like one. I mean I know being a successful and known blogger doesn't happen overnight, but sometimes I get discouraged. I have always been someone who is cautious and worries about what people think, so sometimes I feel no one will like what I post. I also feel like, because I am not a well known blogger no one will take the time and give me a chance. I am just being myself, is there something wrong with that? So I started feeling lost and I didn't know what to do; then I thought "Is there a guide to blogging?". Not only did I have these thoughts, but I was also thinking that there are so many wonderful bloggers (beauty, fashion, and lifestyle), so who would even notice my blog. So is there a book to teach people how to blog or am I just overreacting? Sometim...
